Jeoffrey Usal, also known as Ujy, emerges as a contemporary French sculptor whose artistic journey was ignited by a transformative vision in 2018. From that pivotal moment, his creative approach began to crystallize, evolving from a realm of absolute darkness into a realm of illumination, where Ujy channels light as the ultimate essence.

Ujy's creations manifest in various forms, ranging from sculptures tailored for private or public interiors to expansive and ephemeral scenographies, as well as enduring monumental works. His latest collection showcases sculptures crafted from non-ferrous metal plates, some embellished with precious metals, while others bear the weathered patina of mass oxidation, evoking hues ranging from black-brown to warm gold.

Each sculptural form originates from a source both immutable and enigmatic, reflecting a synthesis of ancient techniques and modern technologies honed over several years of development.
