Who am I ?

I am an experienced autodidact! All areas of photography interest me, I want to be a "polytechnician" in photography. I don't like photographers who lock themselves in a restricted world corresponding to their comfort zone, they forget that our “tool” can be used in a multitude of situations and with a very large number of different techniques.

I like to share my knowledge and my works, it is an absolute condition for my photographic operation. I concretized this notion of sharing by creating a photo club which aimed to promote the sharing of techniques, successful works and those which more or less ask questions about their purpose.

The same goes for exhibits. I favor collective exhibitions with playmates who share the same photographic values. I participated in a large number of group exhibitions with always great pleasure, especially when contact with visitors was possible.

I consider myself a professional who produces personal work! I am not an artist, I am a photographer above all even if my photos are artistically acceptable.

What often strikes me is that visitors spend more time in front of the introductory texts than in front of the photographs… My goal is for visitors to look at my photos longer than the accompanying texts.
