Nathan Makris is a contemporary artist from Melbourne, Australia. He received his education in graphic design and illustration from reputable institutions in Greece and abroad. He spent seven years illustrating books and designing graphics for major publishing companies. Mural painting, a different kind of artistic expression, started to win him over starting in 2004.
He has always enjoyed using airbrushes to paint, and the expansive surfaces and elaborate set design allowed him to turn his hobby into a career. As his work and the quality that distinguishes it gained recognition over time, more and more of his clients became enthused as they watched their space be changed into something special that energized them.
