The salt desert was one of the long-awaited gems of the whole trip with its absolutely unique landscapes and the spirit of a completely different planet. These cones are handmade by the workers mining salt pretty close to Uyuni village, at the edge of the desert. These crafted cones, despite their strict geometry and regular rhythm, blended very well with the surrounding landscape, integrated into nature. Simultaneously, the cones seem to be the latest outpost while you are entering another world, the true unknown.
