Mattia Siragusa is an artist photographer from Varese (Italy), born in 1987. After studying physics at the Statale University of Milan and Pavia (Italy), he moved to Denmark to continue his studies with a doctorate at the Danmarks Tekniske Universitet.

Since 2015, Mattia has been working in the field of radiochemistry, more specifically in the research and production of radiopharmaceuticals used for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients.

During her years of scientific training, Mattia expressed her creativity through photography, questioning the links between science and religion. While the Bible has always been a source of inspiration for artists, its charm has often eluded photographers. Starting from this reflection, Mattia wanted to explore digital photography as a means of rediscovering the religious themes that have always influenced our history.

Through her photographs, Mattia Siragusa seeks to capture and express the essence of spiritual matters and beliefs, using digital photography as a tool to reveal mysteries and religious symbols. His work explores the encounter between science and spirituality, inviting the viewer to reflect on the connections between these two fields.
