Maria Mikileva is an artist based in France whose paintings have been exhibited nationally and in Monaco.
Maria Mikileva was born in Moscow in 1988. From her childhood, Maria learned painting and the history of art taught by her mother, a professor of fine arts and architecture. Along with her studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Moscow University, she already showed an interest in the world of art. But this passion did not prevent him from studying linguistics simply because from his childhood the artist dreamed of going to France. During her studies at the University of Moscow Maria attended evening classes at the school of fine arts "SelfArt" with Professor Alexandra Provalova. In 2010 Maria entered university in France to study in the field of tourism and sustainable development and at the same time took courses in the history of art. Today, Maria Mikileva is a painter, she lives and works in Nice. The main subject of his art are butterflies. Through butterfly imagery and symbolism, she conveys the importance of appreciating the moving moment, as well as love and happiness. Mikileva's vivid, romantic and contemporary works are created with oils and acrylics on canvas.
