Biografía
Lídia Vives (España, 1991), actualmente afincada en Barcelona, es fotógrafa y artista visual cuyo trabajo ha aparecido en revistas como Esquire y Vogue Italia, así como en galerías, ferias de arte y museos como el Louvre de París. También ha trabajado con varios grupos musicales, incluida la banda española Love of Lesbian.
Desde su primera exposición en 2013, ha viajado por el mundo presentando su trabajo y ha recibido numerosos premios internacionales (medalla de oro por autorretrato en el Trierenberg Super Circuit en Wels, Austria en 2022, y ganadora del Premio de Fotografía Passepartout en el Catálogo Anual 2022 en Italia...)
Fuertemente influenciada por los artistas del Renacimiento y el Barroco italianos, así como por algunos de sus contemporáneos, la obra de Lídia se distingue por el entorno pictórico que emplea al tratar temas de actualidad, empleando frecuentemente su autorretrato. También es conocida por ocultar huevos de Pascua en sus fotografías para atraer al espectador a profundizar en su trabajo.

A la seva ponència na Lídia Vives ens parla de l'art i les noves tecnologies des d'una visió molt personal i actual. Tal i com molt bé ella diu: “L’art és l’empremta de la humanitat en el temps”. Fotògrafa i artista visual amb base a Barcelona. La seva obra ha estat publicada en revistes com ara Esquire i Vogue Itàlia, i exposada en nombroses galeries, fires i museus arreu del món, incloent el Louvre de París i la galeria Saatchi de Londres. Des de la seva primera exposició el 2013, la Lídia ha viatjat pel món presentant la seva obra i ha rebut diversos premis internacionals, incloent medalles d’or al Trierenberg Super Circuit el 2018, el premi Fine Art Photographer of the Year als Monochrome Awards el 2021 i el Professional Photographer of the Year 2021 als MUSE Photography Awards.

StART is held at Saatchi Gallery on King's Road in London. The King's Road is Chelsea's arterial road and stretches through a vibrant and culturally rich area starting from Sloane Square - the site of the world-famous Royal Court Theatre.
The road has long been synonymous with fashion and is home to numerous boutique and luxury clothing stores, as well as high-quality restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.

Årets sommarutställning hos oss blir med den spanska fotografen Lídia Vives från Barcelona.
Detta är hennes första soloutställning i Sverige och hon kommer närvara den 27 och hålla ett Artist Talk.

Finding de divendres 17 de juny, 19h: Wayfindings: Dialogar
Parlarem del llenguatge i tecnologia, la parla i la comunicació. Es mostrarà la nova manera de viure, on la tecnologia i les xarxes han interpel·lat en la manera de comunicar-nos, en el sentit de l’humor, en la comunicació massiva. Es debatrà sobre l’exposició massiva de la nostra vida personal i el fet de viure realitats paral·leles, i com les persones s’han adaptat a les noves realitats socials des de nous territoris amb la generació de nous diàlegs. Modera la sessió Francesca Tur, comunicadora i creativa, i participen com a ponents Lídia Vives, fotògrafa, Putos Modernos, dissenyadors, i Raquel Gil, directora dels Roca Galleries.

Keynote: “La fotografía pictórica y de carácter onírico”
Lídia nos introducirá en su forma de enfrentarse a la fotografía y como consigue que el espectador se vea obligado a mirarla durante un rato y se adentre en la historia.
Lídia es una fotógrafa artística, de moda y publicidad. Su trabajo se caracteriza por el ambiente pictórico y el carácter onírico que logra transmitir.
El interés en el momento de crear una imagen no es sólo el efecto técnico, sino también el anecdótico. Su intención es que la gente interprete la obra, crear dudas.

ImageNation vi dà il benvenuto a Milano. Dopo Parigi, Arles, Venezia e Los Angeles, siamo felici di portare il nostro collettivo a Milano, una delle mete più vitali per gli amanti dell'arte. Famosa a livello internazionale come capitale del design e della moda, negli ultimi anni Milano è diventata un punto di riferimento anche per le nuove tendenze delle arti visive.
A cura di Martin Vegas - e suddivisa in più aree tematiche nelle sale della galleria Fondazione Luciana Matalon - ImageNation Milan vedrà la partecipazione di oltre 150 interessanti autori provenienti da 35 diversi paesi del mondo che presenteranno opere di grande impatto visivo. Come per le affordable fair, le opere sono offerte in vendita a prezzi più convenienti rispetto ad altre fiere e mostre. Ciò riflette anche il desiderio di aiutare il pubblico a crescere e svilupparsi insieme all'artista.

La màscara distingia fins ara superherois que, en realitats de fantasia creades pel còmic, protegien la ciutadania dels malvats.
Avui en dia, la Covid ha creat una altra mena de persones emmascarades: les que ens protegim a nosaltres mateixes i, al temps, els altres de qualsevol contagi en la vida real.
Amb la mascareta posada podem realitzar qualsevol tasca o feina diària amb garanties de no posar en risc el benestar propi i aliè. Una altra mena d'heroïcitat i poder inesperats.
Tot i això, ben mirat, potser no es tracta tant d'heroisme com de responsabilitat i empatia.

In partnership with Epson, Canon, Wacom, Hahnemühle , Aperture, Pitman Photo Supply, Image Pro International, Miami Institute of Art and Design, and the French American Chamber of Commerce. The Miami Photo Center will present the Exhibition of the 30 finalists and the 4 winners of the Vision Excellence Awards 2019. The winners will receive their awards in presence of the master photographers present for the fair: Mark Mann, Vincent Versace and Michel Tessier.
