About the Artist 

Lia Lemberg is a versatile contemporary artist whose work is characterized by a passionate connection to nature and innovation. With a wide range of artistic techniques and an inexhaustible spirit of experimentation, she combines analogue and digital media in fascinating ways to create unique works that redefine the boundaries of art.

Education 

Lia Lemberg graduated as a Diplom-Architect from the prestigious Lviv Polytechnic University. This solid education forms the basis for her artistic approach to forms, structures, and space.

Artistic Practice 

In Lemberg's works, various techniques and styles merge into a captivating symphony of colors, shapes, and textures. Her free painting is characterized by an expressionist direction that allows for an impactful interplay of abstraction and figurative representation. From landscapes to animals and plants, to urban scenes, her repertoire is vast, with her abstract paintings showcasing a unique artistic language. Her ink drawings are lively and detailed, inspired by nature and its diverse forms. As a master of Pop Art, she creates expressive digital illustrations in a graffiti style, captivating viewers with vibrant colors and dynamic motifs.

Sculptures and Innovative Techniques 

Lia Lemberg is not only a talented painter and draftsman but also a visionary sculptor. She creates sculptures of animal figures that captivate with their lively expressiveness. Skillfully combining analogue and digital techniques, she uses computer programs to design digital sculptures, which are then materialized using 3D printing in various materials and sizes. She places particular emphasis on sustainability, choosing recycled or biodegradable materials for her works.

Participation in Exhibitions and Auction Sales 

Lia Lemberg regularly participates in regional exhibitions where her works are appreciated by a wide audience. Additionally, her works are sold at auctions in Austria and are housed in private collections in Germany and other European countries.

In addition to her artistic activities, Lia Lemberg is actively involved in the board of a art association and socially engages with the community. She leads a painting course for children from socioeconomically disadvantaged families, providing them with access to art and creative self-expression.

Since 2001, Lia Lemberg has lived and worked in Germany, where she pursues her artistic passion in her studio in Hanau. She is also present on social media platforms, where she makes her works accessible to a wide audience and connects with other artists.
