Ho la grande fortuna di avere parenti e amici eccezionali in questo villaggio che è stato la culla della mia famiglia e che questi parenti e amici sono ottimi e notevoli cuochi desiderosi di godere solo del meglio che la regione ci offre. Che si parli di arte, certo, ma anche di vino e di selvaggina che fanno sognare i cittadini, senza contare i prodotti che sono biologici senza nemmeno saperlo poiché non hanno mai conosciuto altre cose e che permettono di mangiare le migliori carni, salumi, formaggi ecc. in perfetto abbinamento con vini straordinari di cui ci si rifornisce facilmente andando tranquillamente in spazi a "chilometro Zero"

E a "decametro zero" Mauro, che condivide i miei gusti e il mio nome, alleva per la salute della sua adorabile compagna Wilma straordinarie galline che depongono uova di un notevole bianco di guscio che valorizza ancora di più il colore dei loro tuorli.

J'ai le grand bonheur d'avoir des parents et amis exceptionnels dans ce village qui a été le berceau de ma famille et que lesdits parents et amis soient de fins et remarquables cuisiniers soucieux de ne bénéficier que du meilleur que la région nous offre.

Que l'on parle d'art bien sûr, mais aussi de vin et de gibiers qui font rêver les citadins, sans compter les produits qui sont bios sans même le savoir puisqu'ils n'ont jamais connu autres choses et qui permettent de manger les meilleures des viandes, charcuteries, fromages etc. en accord parfait avec des vins extraordinaire dont on s' approvisionne facilement en allant tout tranquillement dans des espaces à "kilomètre Zéro"


Et à "décamètre zéro" Mauro, qui partage mes gouts et mon nom, élève pour la santé de son adorable compagne Wilma des poules extraordinaires qui pondent des œufs d'une blancheur de coquille remarquable qui valorise encore plus la couleur de leurs jaunes.

Œufs qui, il faut le dire, ont un goût que les plus beaux, frais et coûteux de leurs confrères que l'on trouve dans le commerce jalousent légitimement.

A la coque ou mollets ou mi-durs ou durs, ils sont un régal pour qui n'est pas de ceux qui préfèrent et ne mangent que des verdures dans un but dont je doute souvent de l'utilité.

Avant de déguster les quatre que m'a porté Mauro hier soir j'ai voulu en garder l'image et comme je fais quelques photos, c'est par celle-ci que je veux rendre hommage à Mauro et à celles qui lui permettent de nous faire gouter du véritable bio.
