La série « Celsius » résonne comme un message d’alerte adressé à qui veut le déchiffrer

La nature, dans ce qu’elle a de plus organique et métaphysique, demeure éphémère et magnifique Pourtant, nous, humains, produisons la matière qui l’anéanti lentement

Allons-nous persister en étant à la fois victimes et coupables d’un écocide annoncé ou allons-nous apprendre à apprécier notre écosystème au point de ne pas le sacrifier ?

Convaincu que l’art est à même de propulser des énergies et de générer des synergies, je décline mes réflexions à travers différentes œuvres plastiques pour éveiller les consciences en sublimant nos contradictions.

Mes créations s’inspirent des événements successifs de dérégulation climatique comme en témoignent les records de chaleur enregistrées partout dans le monde et dont mes peintures portent le titre (ici,la ville de New Delhi en Inde). Les fragiles silhouettes de nos êtres se dessinent sur des paysages aux couleurs phosphorées et agissent comme un miroir dans lequel nous nous regardons. C’est notre rapport à notre environnement qui est questionné dans cette série.

Engagé localement pour la préservation de l’océan, j’utilise la rage qui bouillonne en moi, celle qui allie sensibilité et détermination, pour agir chaque jour à mon niveau entre action de terrain et sensibilisation artistique.
