Un face à face discret dans ce halo sans contraste oppose une forteresse médiévale à une falaise. Un petit bras de mer les sépare. Où est le continent ? Où est l'île ? L'horizon est bouché par le brouillard. Qui y a t-il au loin ? où se trouve ce paysage ? J'ai conscience que la nostalgie et la mélancolie qui se dégage de l'image peut-être critiquée par les avant-gardes modernistes, mais je m'en moque, je suis fascinée par les ruines et condamné à rester ici, en Provence pour nourrir mes enfants. Alors il faut partir comme on peut, une échappée belle par la photographie, un voyage dans le temps et l'espace, sans risque, sans enjeu.

Trzeba więc wyjechać jak się da, wielka ucieczka przez fotografię, podróż w czasie i przestrzeni, bez ryzyka, bez stawek.

Ένα διακριτικό πρόσωπο με πρόσωπο σε αυτό το φωτοστέφανο χωρίς αντίθεση έρχεται σε αντίθεση με ένα μεσαιωνικό φρούριο σε έναν γκρεμό. Ένα μικρό μπράτσο της θάλασσας τους χωρίζει. Πού είναι η ηπειρωτική χώρα; Πού είναι το νησί; Ο ορίζοντας μπλοκάρεται από την ομίχλη.
