Fanch Stéphant, artist photographer from the Lorient region in Brittany, discovered his passion for photography in 2018 through the production of “Underwater” photos.
This personal artistic exploration led him to exhibit his works, where he highlights his attachment to the encounter and the vision of the moment.
Fanch favors collaboration with his models, developing a common artistic research which leaves room for creativity and the expression of personal and intimate universes.
In his creative process, he attaches great importance to the composition of his images, preferring to invest his time in this stage rather than in digital retouching.
For him, a photograph captures much more than a simple moment or scene of life. It is the emotional link that connects the memory to which we wish to attach ourselves, in all its sobriety and durability.
