Hauteur:104 cm, largeur:22.5 cm, profondeur:22.5 cm poids:6.9000 kg
The peculiarity of this lamp is in the hesitations which it arouses. Architecture? Sculpture?
The irregular progress of a massive and cut base, up to summits hurt as in pursuit of the sky, makes you it) not think of a district of Manhattan?
The reddening light which goes out of this building looks like a gigantic fire in the middle of towers which seem very fragile?
Close eyes, the enchantment of a floodlit city will doubtless appear to you. Higher, finer but more strong at the same time and alive and kicking, here is how we could qualify this bright sculpture which occupies to her alone an unsuspected space.
Close eyes once again, you see it already at your home, ready to reveal you an uncommon dreamlike field.

Denys Mollard is a contemporary French artist. Initially a cabinetmaker, then a model maker, he became an interior designer and, passionate about wood and materials, he began to imagine a line of wooden lamps to enhance the interiors.
Mollard’s wood lamp design collection uses simple, geometric shapes, clean, slender lines to allow wood to take on its full value. Wood in its most varied species: teak, pine, oak, beech, walnut, sipo, Wengé, Iroko, is not only used as a form support, but as a building material.
His creations are more like sculptures than simple objects to pose. To give them a raison d'être that goes beyond mere aesthetics and gives them the characteristic of design in the true sense of the term, he adds light, thanks to LED bulbs that give his creations another useful life.
