El rostro de la niña, iluminado por un halo de luz blanca, trae consigo la tranquilidad y la belleza serena que solo los ojos de un niño pueden reflejar.
Las mariposas, posadas delicadamente en su cabello y suspendidas en el aire como notas en una sinfonía visual, simbolizan la transformación y la efímera etapa del crecimiento. Cada insecto, con sus alas desplegadas, complementa el cuadro de inocencia y contribuye a la narrativa de un mundo donde la naturaleza y el ser humano existen en armonía perfecta.

Hello! I am Ariela Alez, an emerging Uruguayan artist.
My art is a fusion of traditional and modern techniques, where acrylics are intertwined with digital art and artificial intelligence image generation, creating a canvas of infinite possibilities. It is a constant dialogue between tradition and innovation, a playing field where shape and color intertwine, creating new stories.
In my work, I seek to express a spectrum of emotions, thoughts and concepts that unfold through my brush. It is a search for my identity, an exploration of what it means to "BE URUGUAYAN".
It is a journey through figurative neo-cubism and digital expression. The software I use is mainly Photoshop and of course Midjourney and Stable Diffusion as the most prominent image generation AIs. But I have also ventured into many others such as DEEP DREAM GENERATOR, LEONARDO AI, LEXICA, among some others.
I was born and lived my first years in a rural area of the department of Lavalleja, in a small corner of Uruguay.
Rural school No. 23 in Gaetán saw my first steps, but I finished high school in Montevideo.
All the knowledge acquired in graphic design and illustration was self-taught.
My works are a mirror of my life, an intertwining of my rural roots, the culture of my beloved country and my adaptation to the digital world.
Through my paintings, I seek to capture emotions, thoughts and concepts.
This is me, a housewife with artist aspirations.
