Angela Holodetska is bold and sometimes unpredictable in her work. For her, painting is an experimental search in a certain way. For a certain period, the artist preferred the technique of hot batik, which requires the author to have technical skills and the ability to improvise.

In batik, the artist achieved perfect mastery, a combination of various techniques and innovative approaches. In the works of Anzhela Holodetska, works based on biblical subjects prevail in the batik technique. Serious spiritual searches and philosophizing with all immediacy, characteristic of Angela Holodetskaya's work.

Lately she prefers acrylic and oil. The last of her paintings are explosive energy, existence, dominant emotions, a peculiar painting formula of the artist. The artist's works are characterized by iconographic motifs, carefully elaborated archaic ornaments, and Ukrainian folklore symbols, but at the same time, she includes experimental elements in her pictorial compositions - fragments of wood, metal, and glass. She tries her hand at graphic arts.

The world of the artist is emotional, dynamic, plays with bright colors and contrasts. And at the same time insightful and focused on the essence of things and phenomena.
