War is a phenomenon that peaceful people all over the planet hate, regardless of nationality, religion, views.

Living peacefully is much more difficult than fighting endlessly. Maybe that's why there hasn't been a single day in the history of the Earth when there hasn't been a war in its various points?

The painting contains statements of great people who influenced history peacefully: Nikola Tesla, Charles Aznavour, Audrey Hepburn, Freddie Mercury.

They all had different nationalities, activities, values, views on the world and life itself. But they, like millions of unknown people, were united by the rejection of war in any of its manifestations, and they directed their energy to the improvement of the world, not destruction.

The title of the painting is the quote "Live here and now. Who knows what will happen tomorrow?" - embodies the moment in which many people found themselves. Tomorrow may not come, and even in a relatively quiet time, we only have today to change something in life.

Raised in a Russia’s cultural capital, St. Petersburg, Anna was drawn to visual arts from her childhood, along with music, theater and literature.

In recent years Anna began focusing on paintings and drawings professionally. She experiments with different materials like oil, acrylic, alcohol ink.

Anna’s main inspiration are people, both the great ones who make history, and the small ones, whose greatness is not visible to millions, but is manifested in everyday affairs or attitude to life.

In 2022, Anna designed a booth for the SEMAT Moscow business exhibition in Moscow, Russia. 12 paintings were presented at the stand.

She is also a participant of the ART & DOT exhibition in St. Petersburg. (September 2022)
