The artist represents in his paintings simplicity and balance, the energetic and the smooth, the realism and the abstraction that result in the simplification of the human form, with the elimination of some unnecessary details. It is through the female universe that Aliki transmits his emotions and sensations, in short, his message to us spectators. Aliki's women are sometimes ladies, sometimes girls, but above all women, irresistibly noble, incomparable, full of curves and movement. Aliki's truth can be synthesized in the contingencies of what passed before his eyes and that his artistic sensibility transformed. The color and shape choices are reminiscent of a “proudly African” childhood, according to the artist himself. “As an artist, I believe I have a duty to create a positive impact on the development of those around me by documenting and informing future generations through my art. My paintings are mainly about passion and the universal message of tolerance”.
