My passion for art, and for drawing in particular, began at the age of 9. I began by simply depicting everyday subjects and then moved on to abstract drawings/paintings. I attended the Professional School of Advertising Graphics in Florence, where I gave notional foundations to my passion and I developed new various drawing techniques related to the subject using acrylic tempera, oil colors, Indian ink, airbrush, technical knowledge and photography practice and much other.

In my life I have undertaken another career that has nothing to do with art, but now that I am about to retire I want to get involved and make what I've done over the years, as a mere hobby, become a full-time job, characterized by passion and commitment.

Years ago, still here in Florence, I attended an evening course in oil painting 

In recent years I have dedicated myself to making portraits in graphite pencil b/w technique  &# 34;hyperrealism" also with colored pencils such as pastels as well as oil paints on canvas and on the wall in the 'trompe l'oeil" technique,
