Biography
I began promoting excellence in classical historical visual arts and in creative skills and technique of artistic practices. This facilitates the exchange of ideas and information between those interested in art and art history. With the passage of time, my skills overcame my negative emotions, which led to the reflection of pleasure and happiness for individuals. Drawing enhances my self-esteem and encourages people to reach new levels of competence. Humans have been associated with art, in one way or another, since time immemorial, from prehistoric cave paintings to ancient machines. It is clear that art has always been and will always be an intimate part of our existence, regardless of race or political leaning .It helps beautify the environment, relieve stress and discomfort. Art is essential to physical, emotional and mental health. Art is about telling stories. Art is important because it is a means of documenting and preserving our history. Historical art tells stories about past societies and how their cultures were. Art has provided us with different ideas and perspectives throughout history.
The debate over digital art is part of the reason for its short history. When any new media is introduced into art, it is not well received because there is no understanding of it. Digital art is the first step in the world of artistic modernity. Success can be achieved once people learn how to use digital forms of art, they can appreciate the outcome and the creative process that accompanies the final product. When society learns to deal with these creative designs, we can dispel the myth that digital art is just a button press. The controversy also includes the argument that digital artists have no difficulty creating these creative designs and it is not as difficult to create masterpieces as in traditional media. Many digital artists are traditional artists who can draw, paint, and understand colors. From this standpoint, I urge all traditional artists to turn to digital art. To achieve this end requires the artist not only to use and understand creative tools but also technical tools and software. In conclusion of this topic I would like to say start from where the others ended.

SPARTACUS 2
On This Oil painting Spartacus has a strength of gladiator. The helmet provides greater protection for the soldiers, Roman helmets became beaten out of a single sheet of iron or brass. You can see how the light descend on the face and how the shadow hide on magnificent scenery .The way the Spartacus look under the shadow like a fox waiting for the suitable time to attack his victim .The light reflection on the hair with the shadow is playing an amazing art. I used oil colors and linseed oil. The process to complete this painting is very complicated due to the multiple layers of colors . Each layer took a long time to dry .

Romeo & Juliette
In my painting Romeo and Juliette meets after life . You will notice how they fly with these beautiful clouds. Juliette is trying to call Romeo to have a second chance . Romeo raised his hands up bet indicating his objection of what she did . He is willing to give her a second chance but this time he needs assurance of not running away. Juliette was desperate to persuade him with all her emotions .
There is a remarkable thing about this painting , Romeo here becomes a savoir of this innocent love . Also you will notice they are very close to the ground , which indicates that they are not far for us. They are always close. They will always share their beautiful love story.
This painting took almost one year to be completed. Oil colors is used with linseed oil . The first layer was triple Jesso.

"Artist Saeed Bagsair was one of the winners of the international competition held in March 2021, which was an open competition for all artists around the world. Mr. Bagsair’s painting was a Victorian oil painting of Princess Charlotte between 1840 and 1927, the then daughter of the King of Belgium. He was the only winner from the Middle East (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and was awarded an honorary diploma for this great achievement."
