Iryna Kastsova, a contemporary Belarusian artist, embodies the belief that art serves as a conduit for the liberation of the soul, the stimulation of imagination, and the encouragement of progress. Born in Belarus in 1976, Kastsova's artistic journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of these ideals, leading her to become a prominent figure in the international art scene.

Her formal artistic education culminated in 2002 when she graduated from the Belarusian Academy of Arts, specializing in monumental and decorative painting. This foundational training provided her with the technical expertise necessary to embark on a career characterized by innovation and creativity.

Kastsova's artistic endeavors quickly garnered recognition, leading to her membership in the Youth Union of Artists in 2004. Subsequently, she engaged in a period of intensive artistic exploration through her work in the Creative Workshops of M.A. Savitsky from 2003 to 2005.

Her talents transcended national borders, with her participation in numerous exhibitions and plein airs both within Belarus and abroad. Notable milestones include her first personal exhibition, "Message of Ancient Days," held at the Museum of Modern Art in Minsk in 2004, as well as international plein airs in Poland, Norway, Germany, Turkey, Lithuania, Spain, and other countries.

In 2010, Kastsova became a member of the Belarusian Union of Artists, further solidifying her status as a respected figure in the Belarusian art community. Her work continued to garner attention and acclaim, with exhibitions in prominent venues such as Art Liquor in Pushkino, Moscow, and Albatross in Moscow.

Kastsova's artistic reach extended beyond physical exhibitions, with her works featured in online galleries since 2019. Her creations have graced the pages of publications in Belarus, Germany, China, and Poland, further amplifying her global presence.

Her impact on the art world is not confined to galleries and publications; her works are housed in prestigious institutions such as the Museum of Modern Art in Minsk and adorn private collections around the world.

Currently, Kastsova resides and works in Poland and Georgia, drawing inspiration from the diverse cultures and landscapes that surround her.
